Shannon earned her real estate license in February, and has been working as a marketing, social media and administrative executive for the team since October. Shannon will be working as an assistant broker and apprentice under LPP/CIRE Vice President Kendra Ratcliff to fast track her real estate career. Shannon’s next project is to assist in the opening of the new downtown Lake Oswego satellite office (at the corner of A Avenue and 2 nd Street) in May. Together, the team will continue to focus and expand within the Dunthorpe, Lake Oswego and Portland Heights communities, among the many other coveted Portland metro area neighborhoods.

Shannon is a seventh-generation Oregonian, and is a third-generation real estate legatee, as she comes from a family of successful builders, developers and real estate brokers. The Kehoe real estate legacy first stems from her grandparents Daryl Kehoe, a retired developer, Betty Kehoe, a retired real estate broker, as well as her dad, Marty Kehoe, a developer.

Since birth and throughout her childhood, Shannon has many real estate memories and fondly remembers shadowing her dad on the weekends to a variety of open houses or visiting his residential or commercial projects. She recalls thumbing through his project drawings, reimagining spaces with him or observing the progress of a construction site.

Like her dad and grandparent’s journey, Shannon’s career path was found early and it is laser-focused, as she actively builds a solid foundation for a lifelong real estate career. As a recent graduate from Lake Oswego High School, Shannon is actively pursuing her bachelor’s degree in business from Portland State University while maintaining a full-time career in real estate at LPP/CIRE.
