Vince who was born in Italy, but moved to Portland as a child started his entrepreneur career at a young age owning multiple businesses including restaurants and real estate branches. By being a Foreclosure Specialist Vince has developed and implemented marketing strategies in order to orchestrate sale of HUD and REO properties. Analyzing market data to determine as-is and repaired fair market value of the property in order to advise clients.

Working closely with other real estate agents, appraisers, lenders, title companies, and investors to complete 100 transactions per year. 
By also Maintaining a database of over 200 active HUD and REO properties, and marketed data to a rapidly growing client base of more than 1000 investors on a weekly basis.

Vince is happily married with two grown children who also have his entrepreneur background. Along with his close family, he enjoys a wide range of interests such as traveling, hiking, the arts and films.
